I think it would be better if the pool stayed open a later time and if parking was closer to the building. Some people get off of work later in the day and can’t enjoy the pool/hot tub because it closes so early.

overall its a great place for college kids to live. my biggest complaint is the lack of parking that is a reasonable distance from the complex

I wish the parking was better for residents but that is my only complaint! Appliances and rooms are nice. Maintenence gets requests done quickly. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy being a resident here, but there are a few things I wish were different. Like the hours for the pool. i feel they could be longer. Closing at 7 is really early, especially since the sun doesn’t even go down at that time.

For the price I pay, it’s really nice! I will complain I wish parking was closer and that since I’m paying my amenity fee, I wish our trash pickup would be required to be on an actual set schedule. Some days they come really early other days they don’t show up until like midnight- some days they just don’t show up without any warning.

The nest in rock hill is great place to live! They have the greatest amenities. Pools, gym, study lounges, and club room! Only thing that is not great is we do not have access to the pool past 7 pm.
